Let us supply your part, machine complete.
We provide casting and forging finishing services for a one-stop shop experience. To complete your part, we offer a comprehensive set of machining processes, from one-off traditional manual machining through high-quantity CNC production—and everything in between:
- Turning
- Milling
- Drilling
- Boring
- EDM
- Key cutting
- Welding
- Cutting & forming
- And more
We offer full pattern services, including new patterns, repairs of existing patterns and updates or modifications to your patterns. In addition to traditional wood and epoxy patterns, we provide foam patterns as well as 3D printed patterns and molds.
If your material specification requires heat treatment, we can handle that for you:
- Hardening
- Normalizing
- Stress relief
- Quenching and tempering
- Austempering
- Annealing
- And more
Need a forging? We can help with several types:
- Open die
- Closed die
- Rolled ring forging
We leverage CAD drawings to ensure accurate designs, as well as streamline communications with vendors and customers. In fact, we recommend having CAD drawings done if you do not already have them, as these designs help us quote more accurately and can cut costs for engineering reworks by our machine shops. If you would like a CAD drawing of your part, we can have that produced for you.
This is another option that’s perfect for quick turnarounds. Using 3D scanners and printers, we can produce highly accurate molds for castings. Alternately, a CNC machine can rapidly cut a foam pattern if the timeline is tight.
